I am originally from Scranton Pennsylvania and did my undergraduate work at Cornell University majoring in both Biology and Classic Civilizations. Outside of work, my hobbies include reading and writing science fiction, experimenting with cooking vegan recipes, spending time with my family including my 2 dogs, both Belgian Malinois , jogging and enjoying what the Bay Area has to offer hiking, beaches, culinary scene and wine-tasting to name a few.
I graduated from Duke University School of Medicine in , and completed a medicine internship at University of Kentucky in In my free time, I enjoy running, playing fetch with my puppy Charlie, and spending time with friends and family. I attended Swarthmore College for my undergraduate studies, majoring both in Biology and Economics. Following college, I received a Fulbright Scholarship to support my research in tumor immunology in Marseille, France.
I completed my medical degree at the University of Pennsylvania at which time I spent an extra year serving as a clinical research coordinator within the Department of Radiation Oncology.
In my free time, I enjoy hiking with my family, mountain biking, disc golf, and basketball. I love eating and trying new foods! One of my hobbies is traveling to different cities, then going on Yelp and eating at the top 3 places.
